How do you Submit a Bug report?

The game crashed on me, and generateed a log and a dump file. How do I submit this to atari so they can use it?

Send both the log and the dump (.dmp) file in a zip file to support@timegate.com. These files should be located in your Axis & Allies directory under Logs. To make sure you have the correct log file, the number of the dump and the log file should be the same the word "error" occurs in the log file name.

Thanks for the email address, but the dump file is 8 megs, and I have a 2 or 5 meg limit from my ISP (not sure, but I think it is 2mb). In any event, I can't submit the dump file via email. Is there another way to submit a bug report?
