fountians & water falls?

Ok am I stupid or can you not make aniamated water fountians or waterfalls in RCT3 and if so how? I would like to make water jets or fountians and waterfalls like you could in RTC2

I saw someone with a fountain thing, and it looked like fireworks placed underwater or something...i dunno...i don't have the game yet but I think that's what you do.

That was a custom made, there is no animated water, there are no waterfalls, there are a few foutains but they aren't animated.

Yes, it was just a looped firework show using the right colors. Great Idea to fix such a horrible oversight in this great game!
