Hmm i seem to be having major problems with your Demo. I am not sure why but when it crashes it says fatal error and something about helping the team solve bugs and storing logs (it says send this dump-file thingy).. . Does anyone know the reason for this? maybe my specs are too low? not sure about that. Or is it just the demo. Because now i am scared to buy the full version without being sure if i will experiance this problem in the full version as well..

 Can someone help me?!

Best thing to do is wait for the patch. Game developers often release a patched Demo if there are as many problems with it as this one seems to have. Watch for a new version of the Demo soon after the patch and try it to see if the game might run on your system.

The current demo version works on my home PC so I'll be good come Christmas time when I get to play the full thing :)

Well i'd probly be better off Buying the full version instead of the demo  . Cuz they've probly already patched that. Also I would be a paying customer then and they would have to at least give me an explanation or Solution if the full version gives me problems:bored:.

The patch is not out yet for the game. But if you get the game it will create log files you can send to Timegate (developers of Axis and Allies RTS) to have them evaluate what caused your problem. This will result in improvements to the game.

Since Axis and Allies RTS uses the same engine as Kohan 2 developed by the same company, chances are they will be fixing problems for BOTH games with simultaneous releases of patches.

I've seen no estimated street date for the patch yet.

I have some useful information to post. First a gripe about having to register. I understand there are morons out there who spam forums but why does registering at a forum have to be so painful and time consuming. On this forum you can't even have a Hotmail address. Whats with that, a gripe with Microsoft? Why is it that you have to pay for everything these days. I have broadband and my ISP doesn't give me a email account, I am lucky that someone set me up with an address that I could use.

Anyway.. the problem that you are most likely getting is an Access Violation (C0000005)

Check out this post (http://www.timegatestudios.com/forum/showthread.php?p=101476) on the TimeGate forum. I too get the same problem. I also have another on going issue with my newly built computer but that is another problem altogether. Just hope I can get a solution to the problem above before the game arrives. I am currently playing the demo.

Is it my imagination or was the game delayed in the UK? Looks like a good game. The AI seems aggresive though. Be nice if when you put it on easy the AI is easy to beat, seems the same to me no matter what you set it too. The SP mission seems to be different. In the Skirmish the AI just keeps coming for you non stop.

I just bought and installed Axis & Allies (2004). No problem with the installation. However, the tutorial will not play: I get an 'Access Violation' error message and the game simply kicks me out....... At this point, I feel very aggravated. Did I just waste my hard earned money on a game that won't work?

Who can give me advice?

Check the link I posted in my above post. There is a email address in the post to Timgate Support. They are very quick to reply. I think they are trying to locate the problem.
