Kujila and Dr. Zoidberg are people who post at a gamefaqs forum v.v I wouldn't doubt if someone sent that to the Cheats at gamefaqs so no it's not true or has any relation to DBZ.Oceanic Shenron..was just made up I think..

He is prolly bs'in ya .. there is no such character in DB as far as I know like that. Ontop of that fact the character release had nothing on those characters.
