Everybody keeps ignoring this question "how do u get breakthroughs with people that dont go through DU"

that's because it's been answered on several other threads. look around before you get upset.

buy all the ultimate moves in the shop. i believe this requires a gold membership card that you can find in DU.
then buy Baba's Movies 00, and 01. i'm pretty sure you need the BLACK membership card for some of this, but i found it in the skill shop for sale.

then you can buy the breakthroughs for like 75,000 zenie...

how come i cant find any ultimate moves in the skill shop other than kid goku's super dragon fist. i cant find any other ultimate moves let alone the movies......i have silver gold and black cards, can u guys tel me why? no matter how many times i refresh, stil dont see

There are about 40 ultimate moves out of 500 capsules you would think they were pretty rare.

i've run into that too. i can't get any other ultimates until i buy the one it offers. so do it. you have to to get 100% anyways.

the one you want will come up eventually.
