is piccolo ducking anyone else in dragon arena? ive leveled up countless people now and ive gotten all unlocks except cell jr cause piccolo is being a ****. anyone else with this problem?:mad:

sup shine... its just that ive leveled up about 4 people to level 40 andi know piccolo wont show up after you get higher then that but he still never shows. wtf?

I have the same problem for nappa, but i got Cell Jr.

wit piccolo i think u must be between 20 and 40 and with nappa u must be between 10 and 20

the whole lvl 40 thing is wrong,I got Piccolo to brek in this morning.I was using my lvl 54 Vegeta and I picked to fight lvl 68 Recoome and Piccolo broke so I believe its all just completely random when they break in.
