Only reason I have a lvl 99 goku is because I did the first 21 lvls training at kami's in the beginning of DU after that I just got the 2 free lvls in Freiza Saga and the 2 free lvls in the beginning of the cell saga...no effort other than it being pretty boring going through it over and over and over again...I'm working on a Broly and Bardock at the moment.

its easy to build up characters from level 1 with dragon arena... when ur level 1 fight like the level 20 guys with we gotta power on

I would have done that but I just got Dragon Arena not too long ago and I already did the goku thing.

Ohhh shut up...

If you want a character like that then build it yourself. Get off your butt, make the character, enter your own code in and see if you can beat him.

Truth be told no matter what character you make they will all still suck. I mean I rock through the lvl 99 characters that are system generated with all max stats... the problem is the AI sucks for this game no matter how hard you set it.

So you must really suck if you think peoples lvl 99 coolers and gokus are strong.

You also make it sound as if people are cheating using breakthrough ... wth? If someone makes a character that you cant beat then practice. Quit looking for the easy way out heh

im not saying there is anything wrong with goku, i made mine 99 today it took a while but i noticed everyone keeps doing the same people

but they are all easy, but i bet u have someone that took 20 min. to make
