Ok so i've started my park after weeks of planning.

5 sections (the generic, western etc)

I'll be slowly updating it and will post screens on here.

Heres my entrance and the River Rapids with Junior Coaster in the background.

Entrance with drink court on right and there is a food court and facilities court on the left. Monorail station in background

Thanks mate, i will load up some more screens later when i advance the park. Im doing the Generic (Homeward Place) section first.

Just reinstalled RCT3 for the new patch, what although seems the same one :S lol but i think im up to date now.

Ok the Generic part of my park is just about done. Just gotta add a few more little bits like benches station buildings.

Here are the screens.....


Entrance Gate to 'Homeward Place'. Long walk down to the main rides. Sky Sling on the left, Coaster in the centre at the back and the river rapids on the right.

Here we have the main coaster in the centre and that glass building at the back is my Flight to Space ride (Motion Simulator). There is 2 shuttles, Freedom and Independence :) To the left of that is a food and drink court.

Yeah this is only one part of the park. Theres another 4 sections yet to build, and theres gonna be another 5 coasters yet, so a total of 7 coasters in this park.

In that last photo, there is a long, lonely path to that wooden roller coaster. Have you considered adding a few more rides/shops/stalls along that path to make it more exciting?

Looks great compared to the Carolina Adventure Park I wanna build. Just when I think I'm getting good at themeing, I see how the rest of you are at it, and I realize I've got some work to do.

But never fear, You guys have given me ideas on how to improve my themeing tremendously. Hopeful Carolina Adventure Park will be as interesting as the rest of the parks here.

Looks nice. Can you try to add some more non-path lights throughout the park to see it better at night. In fact, take away all your path lights and have just non-path ones

DJ Danny: When you made that little pond in the last pick, what tool(s) did you use? Did you make the bottom of it flat and smooth, or kinda bumpy?

I cant remember. Think i just lowered it then smoothed it out a little, and then added water. Looks kinda neat dont you think? With the buffalo's drinking in it hehe.

Yeah definitely. I just hate that my graphics card can't render the water properly. It'll be the last thing I can add to my park.

I've got an ATI 9800 128SE model. Pretty good, i have settings on extreme.

I'm dissapointed that i havn't recieved many comments! :(

Anyway, sci-fi section to come, gonna try my hardest with this section. Need a big building for my mini-coaster! Ouch lol

I've got an Integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2 chipset (aka "card"), which was recently updated. Although it can render the environment pretty well (I could run on High with a little performance lag), but, because of the reflective properties of the water, my card can't produce the water. I can see the ripple effect when ducks are in the water, but, for all intents and purposes, the water looks so clear, I can see straight to the bottom. I mean, it looks like there's no water in any lakes or anything on any map I have.

I'm trying to get my parents to buy me an ATI Radeon 9600 XT 128MB card (I'd be able to run on medium or high with 0 performance lag), so that I can finally get the game to render the water, *and* so I can determine what crashes are results of bugs, and which ones are results of poor graphics card.

Ok guys sorry i haven't updated for a while, been a little busy with college and work etc. Got the day off tomorrow so hoping to do more of my park.

I have actually started the Sci-Fi section of the park, only done terrain, shaping, paths etc tho.

Will post some screens tomorrow hopefully, so dont go anywhere ;)

Like i said, i've only done the terrain, paths and rides (still need to do dingy ride though).

Here's a screenie of the coaster, which is going to be lowered and will be an inside rollercoaster. The monorail will come inside the building for a bit then out again. Wild Wooden World and Homeward Place in the background.

I've had an idea....as my coaster is going to be inside, i've lowered the land then put my coaster in there so i don't have to build my walls as high. Not a bad idea actually!

More screens will come when Future Land is finished.
