if u mean where do u put them on the game u have to unlock dragon arena by beating dragon universe mode with all 11 chars. in DUmode then in dragon arena when u select ur opponent there will be a password option that is where u enter the passwords

you enter the passwords in the
"Dragon Arena"
You have to unlock that first before you can play it. Its a sub game kinda like The Hercule side game in the first Budokai and the Babidi's Space ship in the second Budokai

It was hella funny, It pretty much was all about him. His take on the Cell game (and we all know how he told it). Somethin u need to check out its worth it.
