Must be because the com difficulty is 0...My next lv99 will have 20 com...I'm thinking of using Bardock...But anyway, I don't see how you beat them lol...I was beating Broly Lv99 with his stats all at 20 on hard and only losing 1 or 2 Cell Jrs...
