Once enough warriors from this forum enter, I will randomly choose each battle and conduct the tournament and post the results on-line either on this forum or some cheesy website. By the way, none of my characters will be entering this tournament so I have no personal motive to throw the fights in my favor. I have no personal consideration for anyone on this forum and will not favor one fighter over another.

Battle Zone: Cell’s Ring

Round One:
The start of this match was intense as Broly charged in on Cooler with rage and intensity. He had powered up, but only using half of his normal power and reserving his true Sayain abilities for later in the fight. After being on the receiving end of a brutal assault, Cooler mounted a comeback and managed to transform into his true and final form. He unleashed an assault of combination attacks keeping Broly on his guard going on to win the first round of this match.

Round Two:
At the start of this round it was easy to see that Broly had lost all control. He immediately powered up to Legendary Super Sayain form and proceeded to charge Cooler at what could be called the speed of light. Just at the very moment Broly was going to attack, he teleported behind Cooler and powered up an energy blast that had significant impact. The fight continued but soon Cooler was able to slowly wear the Super Sayain down with his cunning and tact. Broly was to far gone as his power now exceeded what he was capable of controlling allowing Cooler to take advantage. The end came as Cooler hovered above Broly, who was now trying desperately to keep his sanity. He slowly raised his hand and begun to laugh as a small ball of energy began to form at the tip of his finger. Once its power had peaked, Cooler launched his attack which was pelting Broly with intense energy blasts. As the dust began to settle, it was clear who the winner was but upon final inspection of the battle zone, Broly was gone.

Back on the scene after a tough defeat at the hands of Cooler (shadowbear), Broly (d-brute) emerges with a new sense of balance and power as he goes up against an unlikely foe of Kid Buu (chronucard). Kid Buu has an unmatched array of techniques and moves which put opponents down for the count with quick combos and effective skill but Broly is immensely strong and powerful and could easily squash any enemy in his path. This should be an interesting battle to say the least!

Battle Zone: Urban Area

Round One
Kid Buu dominated the first round of action in this match. He was virtual untouchable as he ran circles around Broly, dodging all of his attacks and landing quick combination shots that left the Legendary Sayain spinning dizzy. Broly did however make an attempt at a comeback in this round but it was quelled by a quick kamehameha which put him down giving round one to Kid Buu.

Round Two
It was easy to see after this round that Broly was severely outclassed. Even transforming into a Super Sayain couldn’t help him now as Kid Buu unleashed his full power and pounded Broly within an inch of his life. The final attack was brutal as Kid Buu showered his opponent in energy blasts that rained terror upon Broly’s once powerful body. This fight goes to Kid Buu without a doubt, but Broly still had his pride as he slowly walked away from the arena.

Battle Zone: Mountains

Round One
This round started off with both Cooler and Goku engaged in a power struggle. First Goku powered up with Kaioken, then SS2. Cooler didn’t hold back as he went to full power right from the start as this fight was fast and furious. Goku, seeing he had no other choice, powered up to a SS3 but found it of no use as Cooler eventually took the upper hand and the first round of this match.

Round Two
This round started out bleak for Goku as he couldn’t maintain his SS3 status because Cooler was all over him. Trying to catch his breath, Goku lost sight of Cooler only to find his opponent hovering over head building up an enormous amount of power. What followed was the infamous “Super Nova Attack” which hit Goku full force. The shock of the blast left Goku hurt but not out. He mounted a furious comeback and obtained his SS4 level but it was too late. The effects of attack were too great and Goku was out of energy leaving Cooler standing victorious once again.

Winner: Cooler

Round One
Cell Jr. proved he was no shabby character as he managed to infect Goku with the Viral Heart disease which was draining his power as every second passed. Goku took a chance however and transformed into a SS4 seeing it as his only chance for victory, but Cell Jr. escaped from a 10x kamehameha and waited for an opening which presented it self along with a 1st round victory.

Round Two
The second round proved more of the same as Goku was short on power and time. Cell Jr. slowly whittled Goku’s defenses with combinations of punches and kicks. Goku was fading fast as he made one final attempt and used his Kaioken technique and managed to gain a short upper hand. His momentum was gone and Cell Jr. charged in for the win, making a statement that he was here to play.

Winner: Cell Jr.

I fought shdowbear's Cooler and I gotta say, that guy is hard!!! We had a real close match you know, the stuff of champions and then when i beat him I was really juiced only to find out he had a spaceship!!! When I seen all his health bars refill (which seemed like forever) my morale fell out of the window I didnt know we could use those kinda capsules in this tourney. But its cool, I welcome the challenge, It gives me a way to test my skills when my friends think I cheat too much to want to fight....

Cell Jr. against Broly at first seemed like a miss match and it seemed even Broly thought so as well. He casually approached Cell Jr. unprepared about what was going to happen next. Cell Jr. sprung into action as he connected with a variety of combinations and energy blasts. Broly rebounded and now understood that he was being weakened by the viral heart disease. His power faded quickly so he raged into a Super Sayain and charge on. Cell Jr. went on the defense but couldn’t hold off much longer. He didn’t need to however as the virus had runs its course and Broly was depleted allowing Cell Jr. to advance to the semi – finals.

Winner: Cell Jr. (sayainelement)

Vs.
Broly (Spiritfire21)

This fight started like any other fight, becoming a melee of punches and kicks. Goku then went Super Sayain but the stalemate still continued. Then Broly went up a notch and unleashed his full power. As the Legendary Super Sayain, his power now exceeded Goku’s and it was apparent with a volley of ultra kai and energy blasts that left Goku staggering. Feeling now was the time to play his trump card, Goku went all out by first transforming into SS3, putting Broly down, then powering up to SS4, and ending it with a 10x kamehameha. Goku was now headed to the semi-finals.

I’m sorry. This match was a terrible draw. Goku did well at first becoming a SS4 and pulling a couple of hard hitting attacks but once the fight had settled in, Cooler was in complete control. There’s nothing that could have been done short of a senzu bean (and I don’t think even that would have helped much) that would have prevented the thrashing Cooler laid down upon Goku. Time to call the ditch diggers, Cooler is coming to the semi finals!

Kid Buu came here to win and it was obvious from his performance in this match up. Goku powered up but it still wasn’t enough to throw off Kid Buu’s fury as he connected with a combination attack and then rained energy blasts from over head. Goku made one last attempt to go for the gold, but Kid Buu saw what was going to happen if he let him power up to SS4. After unleashing a mighty roar, Kid Buu charged in on Goku position and nailed him with a gut wrenching fist and then quickly backed away and watched Goku’s horror as a beam of energy engulfed his body. Kid Buu stood laughing as he had more in store for those in the semi-finals.

Round One:
The first round was very close as Goku knew he had to act fast from the start. Cell Jr. couldn’t gain an upper hand against the powerful Sayain as Goku powered up to SS4 and demolished Cell Jr. with a volley of 10x kamehameha’s, taking the first round of this match.
Round Two:
In this round the effects of the viral heart disease was taking its toll as Cell Jr. charged in and took advantage. After a volley of energy blasts and rush attacks, Cell Jr. was ready to finish his opponent off for good. Powering up and preparing to launch a powerful energy wave, Cell Jr. could see that the virus was finished with Goku and now was the time to win. After letting out a brief scream, the energy wave took its course only not to find its intended target. Goku had teleported behind Cell Jr. and in what could only be called pure Sayain luck, unleashed a brutal assault using everything he had left to transform into a SS1. Cell Jr. couldn’t rebound as he was beaten, leaving Goku to advance to the final round.

Round One:
After being informally declared “Most Feared in the Forum”, Cooler took his stage in this fight in order to maintain his reputation as the best. Kid Buu wasn’t leaving anything behind either as he also wanted to win the tournament and turn Cooler into some type of candy bar. The round began with both fighters pretty evenly matched up and turned into one of the best slug fests ever. Both Kid Buu and Cooler were fighting at full power, each unable to land a single shot. It wasn’t until Cooler slipped up and allowed Kid Buu to take the advantage which lead to some bone crushing moves that left Cooler almost paralyzed. All of a sudden Cooler was back up and better than ever. Kid Buu looked not a bit unhappy as the shiny new Cooler looked more like chocolate wrapped in foil anyway. The new look wasn’t suiting for Cooler anyway as Kid Buu kept the momentum going and took the first round of this tournament. OMG!
Round Two:
I wouldn’t have believed it if I didn’t see it with my two own eyes. Kid Buu was ruthless as he tore into Cooler with everything he had and not giving a single shot to his opponent. Cooler was forced to once again call upon his space ship for some quick upgrades as Kid Buu was making a fool out of a warrior who is un defeated in the league. The fight continued to progress this time with each warrior matching each others blows and becoming more creative with attacks. Cooler seemed to have the upper hand at one point, nailing Kid Buu with a fury of combinations and energy attacks but that only angered the little pink guy. Kid Buu went into a rage and with every chance teleported behind Cooler and attacked. After landing an energy wave of intense power, Cooler just laid there, defeated. Kid Buu had toppled the once mighty giant and delivered a message to every other warrior on the forum to prepare for a horror he will bring to the game.

Thank you for picking up the pace while I have been gone. Your threads and play by play are very active.

I am very surprised that this whole tournament thing I started is really taking off. I have a long term plan that will really take it to the next level. It involves cash prizes paid for by corporate sponsers. Something I already do for a living. Wait till after Xmas when every DBZ fan gets Budokai 3 under the christmas tree. That's when my plan will be prime for launch. Think you can't find fighters now... wait till then, this forum will be so crowded with wanna be tournaments and leagues that will cater to the new members who just got the game.... But I have a plan to take them all down! HaHaHaHa!
