I keep getting silver and gold and I did goku's du 5 times and there is no black

Make sure Goku is over level 30. The black membership card will be in the same place as Gold and Silver.

To get another black membership card, you have to buy it at the skill shop for 10,000 I believe,but first you have to buy things at the skill shop, and make sure they equal up to 250,000
