When I go to use the avatar, it says that the file isn't right, or that it is too big. What should I do?

Find one that is about as big as vis-a-vis's

It can only be 60 x 60 or less, it cannot be 60 x 65 or above all of that

Now it's telling me that what I'm trying to use isn't a JPG file or something like that.
