i cant get my avatar

i got one saved on my comp but i have no brows button in the edit options to put it on there

its not there, u go and it has the button change avatar, click it says thanks for updating then goes to a screen that says avatar somthing and a small button that says no. and has no other options anywhere

and when i click change avatar i get this
