I hate to ask such a question, but where are the spotlights in the game? I've never noticed any...

Okay please dont call me stupid, but the only way you can create a bridge is with pats and you can't put launchers on paths, so where do we put them? Do we make small pieces of land in the middle of the river and put the launchers on them?

You can build a bridge from scenery pieces since it's not intended to be walked on by peeps anyway (would cause insurace rates to go sky high you know), you can raise the mortars by using the CTRL key and drag them up to the desired position on the bridge. I've used this technique to make "floating" fireworks for my new Illuminations 2000 show. It kept me from having to raise land all over the place to accomplish this effect.
