Once again i am going to host a tournament, well if u were part of Hell's Fighters then u would know how i do them (www.hellsfighters.tk) but this is just an 8 man tournament, nothing more, nothing less, well except the rules and all...
Ok first things first RULES! Ok well here ya go!

1 CHARACTER PER USERNAME
LEVEL 99 ONLY
NO CELL JR.
NO SAIBAMEN
NO VIRAL HEART DISEASE
NO YAKON
NO SPACESHIPS
NO SENZU BEANS

well thats all for the rules now for this tournament, and if anyone breaks these, then I will ban you on my list, that means if you enter and it violates on of the rules, then you will not be allowed to enter anyother tournaments hosted by Hell's Fighters.
