Either Freiza or Cell. Freiza and Cell are legends. Freiza has "ALOT" of history with the saiyans and killed Vegeta and Krillen. If it wasn't for Freiza, Goku wouldn't have gone SSJ then probably never. And Cell is as well a great Villan. He came very close iknto winning. If it wasn't for Vegeta then Cell would have won like he did in Future Trunks' time line. Cell was even able to kill off Goku and a kai. Super Perfect Cell is about stronger than Broly as well.

cell is if it wasent for the distraction of vegeta in the kamehameha cell wouldve won its the first to really ave put the earth in danger and got them all hopeless... mm i wouldve been curious to see a fight between kid buu and cell with his regeneration and his cell powering up each time hes near death mmm would be quite a match :P:D

another thing he was the first villain to use his brain then his strenght as we got a proof versus ssj2 trunk so its why i liked him he isnt the strongest yet maybe but he couldke become with time if he werent so arogant in the end for is newfound strenght he wouldve won.. :)

Also I don't like buu all that mutch. Sure cell went around absorbing people too but Buu absorbed most things of the fighters while cell absorbed strengths. Cell was born with all the attacks he has except for instant transmission and Almighty Light cannon (it's either cannon or wave.....I think). But buu absorbed others gainingthere attacks and what not. Janemba isn't "all" that popular and he is pretty cool but he came from a lazy uncareful boy. Broly now this guy is awesome but I dislike him for the ways he dies in first and third movie appearances. Not that it is "all" his fault but he got punched in the gut and exploded and he was father son kamehameha'd and he drowned in his last appearance. Cooler is ok but he was all confident in his star friend who made him "invinsible" then he died.
