Uwe Boll was the director behind "Hosue of the Dead", and now he has taken our beloved Alone in the Dark series and made an even worse movie! I have started a petitin for all of us gamers to fire this guy and stop any further abuses by him of our favorite games. You can sign it here:

Actually I was involved in the Unreal Community a little while before 2001 as I recall. Yup, I've been playing Unreal Tournament for 5 or 6 years now I think...

I've been around on the Ut community since 2002 (I was also registered here back then too although some ***** got me banned just before the new year because I wiped out his credability and self respect a few months previously... he got revenge big time). Anyway I whole heartedly agree with the petition. I have been in many a debate over the years about these game-to-movie projects, more so with Resi Evil fans on the uttlery disgusting movies that have been made.

None of these films actually succeed in the box office to any degree the film studios would consider worth doing, so why oh why they keep bringing the same directors back again and again is completely insane. All these directors in recent memory that have butchered the scripts to alter things to their liking need to be taken down a peg or two. Back int he day the director didn't get a say in anythig. The bastards are supposed to direct the film, not write, produce direct and star in like some of this big headed ****ers do. Kill 'em all, that's what I say. Zombie style.

movies based on videogames are always junk I don't how that crappy film directors get the rights so faster they should pay very well

Well for one the license is extremely cheap, two new and upcoming directors are interested in them not old timers!
