Hellevator is getting repainted!!

The Giant Drop ride made by Intamin AG known as Hellevator at Six Falgs Kentucky Kingdom is getting repainted. Hopefully this is an indication that Chang and T2 will also be getting repainted.

I live in KY and chang and t2 have already been painted once before, i believe about 3 or 4 years ago, So i doubt they will paint them again.

I've been on Hellevator twice. I don't like freefall rides. Seriously.

But, anyway. Is that really important? I love KK. But, I don't care if I'm screaming my head off on a frest coat of Bher or not.

I live about 20 minutes from KK, so I get a season pass every year. They need to add a big coaster. That would make it perfect. Something like Goliath or Superman (The one in NE).

uh, witward, chang and t2 do need new paint jobs. chang is rusting all over the place( i would know because i work there and have been walking around the park lately for job training) and t2 has big patches of red paint coming up through its black layer

i didnt say i dissagree with you i just said its likly they wont because of it being so recent since they painted it, thats all. I do aggree they do need to paint chang and t2 and also change the coaster trains on chang, there still the original ones that was on there when change was yellow, back in i think like 1997.

I love freefall rides. I think they are the best!

Wow SF seems to be focusing alot on visual asthetics this season,which do make a big difference in the way guests perceive the overall value of the park believe it or not.


So far we have GASM & Chiller at SFGRADV getting paint,Jokers Jinx & Mind Eraser getting new paint(ME's getting new colors so goodbye teal & red hello yellow & orange) & now Hellevator is being repainted at SFKK.

I hope they'll repaint SFA's giant drop as well in the future.....SFEG's TOD has that really cool looking flaming paint scheme with a blue background which would look much better than the gray color on SFA's version.

to be honest, free fall rides are sorta boring to me. i only go on them to see the parks lights and views at night.
