I am referring to the demo which I recently downloaded. Please help me out here (hoping that 700 MB was worth it!).
I click on the shortcut in the Start Menu (XP) and the screen goes black for a few seconds, then this message pops-up:

What could be the reasons for this? Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Take your computer outside, and smash it with a hammer. :D
I was unaware that a demo was available. :bulb:

i hope mine will not do that, i'm downloading the demo right now
This (www.mod-shack.com/olin/Readme.txt) is the readme for Driv3r with retail update patch #2. Scroll down to cards that are unsupported. If your card is on that list or very similiar to a card on that list, it may/will not run.

gat the demo last night, it works fine, but controls are terrible, changed em, but after exiting and geting back to the game, it's back t default, and tanner is some kinda gray, he became old. i have all setings on high and it runs just fine
Characters are white tinted and furniture is completely white on ATi cards. They need to fix that.

damn, doesn't patch 1 fixes it?
I don't think so. Unless the demo runs without any fixes.. Someone sent me some screenshots and I noticed it and someone else mentioned the patch not fixing the white furniture.

then patch 2 should fix it, or at least patch three, i might actually get the game for pc, and hopefully most glitches will be fixed
Patch #3 should be out soon, I'm hoping.
