Any character with yakon tends to be hard for most characters. That's all I'm going to bother telling you, since my Yamcha has Yakon, and he dominates too.

Ure vegeta is good but ive only fought him twice on comp vs comp but each time ure vegeta was only 1 health gauge ahead from my lvl. 72 Android 18 and sometimes they were pretty equal but nonetheless he's pretty strong
