how is is that you guys got working keys and i got a key THATS TOO LONG......

i have 4 boxes to type the key into..... key is showing 6 fields..... and dont give me that "keep typing they put the hyphens in wrong" crap cuz i tried it and it auto-advances to the next box after 4 characters.

am i the only one with a installer that asks for a key 4 boxes long?

We all got ones that were 24. They were a mistake. BTA sent out new ones that are 16 digits a few minutes ago... you should receive it shortly if you haven't already.

OK, I'm confused. I got into beta, but when I go to my profile on beta site, there are no downloads available in the DL section...

where's this download supposed to come from?

You need to read all your emails from atari.

You download Dragonshard from FilePlanet. There are several emails with the information on how to do this.

After that you install the game using the 16 digit code (the 2nd code email that BTA sent around) and voila... you're in game.

I will be post for people who got no emails at all but are in the beta to email me at my email, but not yet. I'm going to have over 1,000, maybe almost 2,000 users to add by hand to the private forum, and mail out discs to people also and so on. So probably on tomorrow i'll post about emailing me if you didn't get any / an email you need. Just don't email me yet :)

Why you :sulk: It's ok, it's just that I can literally get in 100+ emails or worse, plus PM's and posts I must respond to and usually it's not a problem but just the email didn't arrive yet, know what I mean?

So we need to wait til tomorrow to see who really didn't get what, otherwise I'll have well over 250 email to reply to that don't matter because the person actually did get the info they needed later on, and that's a huge time waster for me (and ultimately those who really didn't get something they needed). :)

Imagine my dilema:

Started downloading the beta before I left for work this morning. My wife has confirmed for me that the download has completed. Checked my mail from work and the cd key is there .. and I still have 3 hours before I'll be home and able top play !

Well i was home from work when final email came in and found the new cd-key sent out is invalid. But no worries i read the PS that says it may not be validated until 9:30 am this morning. yeah you guessed it the new 16 character key doesnt work as od 6am on tuesday. only 3 and half hours to go. Og wait in 3 and half hours i will be back at work. Grrrr. guess will be waiting 11 hrs before for i can try again. Hope to see you gys to noight as i wanna check his game out and get some bugs reported before release.
