I Love the name of the thread, but I have to give you some advice. Its a good rule of thumb that com sucks at using death moves, so its just taking up space. Use mostly/all green caps and you'll do good.

Yeah I know the computer is retarded when it comes to death moves, I've done computer battles and tournaments so I know. The whole point to the games and DBZ is the energy attacks, it's what makes it so cool. That's why I use the death moves, sometimes the computers get lucky and land the damn things.
