Help wanted/needed!!

Im on the atariforums for awhile now and have done/posted 3 darkrides. Im currently working on another project. A indoorcoaster with a Greek Mythology theme, which is entitled Temple of Poseidon: the lost ruins (see below for link to screens of this project….facade only for now).

This ride will probably be my last ride…..however I really need some custom objects for this ride! Now I hate asking this and never done it before, but decided to give it a try anyway.
I don´t know anything about making cs, so I´m looking for people who are willing/able to help me, by making some objects for me. See below for a link to my previous darkride and decide for yourself , whether my theming skills are good enough (or not) for you to work with!


In return you will:
• Be frequently updated (screens and test vids) about the progression of the building process.
• Have input about the scene’s where I use your objects
• Be credited on the final POV video
• Have full rights to your object(s)….you can release them or do whatever you want to do with them (though I prefer you do that after my project is finished, but ill leave that one up to you)

And most importantly:
• Have my eternal gratitude :D



The objects Im looking for:
• Several (about 3 4 different) figures-characters. They can be simple 2d figures (like cut out characters) or 3d ones (would be even more awesome!). The catch however is, they have to be able to move and be ride events (if that’s possible)! Now I’m not talking about extremely difficult detailed animations (though I wouldn’t mind of course;))…..the figures just have to able to move up and down and one from right to left.
• A Giant red diamond! This one has to be 3d (preferably)
• A Huge black wall/door (think fechu´s skywalls but just a bit bigger). However, this black wall, has to be able to move (down to up) and has to be a ride event also.
• The above mentioned things, are the only things I need, however if you would like to help me anyway with maybe some other stuff that we could come up with, than that would be highly appreciated! :up:

Yea, i have Steelworx, but its not good for what i want. Steelworx is too thick and the thin stuff doesnt line up with the existing in-game supports. I also need some diagonla pieces too, cuz the chain lift on my coaster is 45 degrees out of the station. I've tried every piece, but none of them look right for a Vekoma.

Make your own vertical pieces and get rid of the in game standard ones. They usually look better if you do that.

^ Yes, i know, but they don't line up with the center of the track. I would have to build them up on both sides, with a straight crossbeam in the middle, which would look good for a Vekoma, except that my chain lift goes diagonal, and therefore, it won't work right.

^ There are TV Billboards, I can't remember where to get them though. RCT3 doesn't support video individually, but you can put a small one onto a Billboard, or use a cheat to do it. :)

I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind making some diagonal tunnels like the ones at the end of the River King Mine Train in St.Louis with a pitch black inside. Some guy made some tunnels but he only had one pitch black diagonal piece and that was for level track. I need these to finish my River King Mine Train replica.

Well for the most part the drop is steep but i put that little gentle transition piece between the level and steep slope.

And thanks a billion! My RKMT will be complete once i get the tunnel in place then I'll get it it to you guys and the guys over at coaster crazy.

I own the other 3 movies! and for making race cars, you will be waiting a very long time for them. that woukd be a tedious long term project for anybody to make, especially to make them low poly, and trying to add the correct textures on each car, especially the Daytona cars.(NASCAR)

As you may (or may not) know, i am currently building a Caribbean theme park called Cariba Sands. Now,as many of the rides in my park are set to a unique theme, a large amount of CS needs to be designed and placed as themeing to rides.

I was wondering if there were any kind people out there in the community who would be interested in creating a few one off themeing pieces for my park. Your work would be credited throughout my thread, as well as being a key part of my park.

The first i would like someone to create is this:

Ok the first object i want you to try and make is a fruit lorry for my new ride, based on a banana plantation. Now, this lorry must be rusty, with cracked windscreen and windows. Basically, make it look as un-loved as possible, but make sure it still looks as if it could be driven. ie. it is in 1 piece http://gfx2.hotmail.com/mail/w3/ltr/emoticons/smile_tongue.gif The main body of the lorry should be rusted metal, with the front of the lorry containing a grill, lights and windscreen. The back of the lorry should be a pickup style, similar to this picture (ignore the cab, just look at the back end):

The lorry should also have wheel with rusted/work rims.

Finally, in the back of the lorry should contain 4 open crates, containing banana's. The banana's could be done as a flat texture if you feel this would be easier.

1 RCT3 tile wide and 3 long that would be perfect after looking at the in game cars, lorry's etc. (Y)

I have a request sort of for T4L, though I'm sure someone's given it a shot.

I love the way his path covers conform to the ground compared to the others out there. When I have a really crooked piece of ground, the other path covers create like jagged edges and cuts on the path.

Is there anyone who can use the method that T4L did with his conforming path covers, but make more textures? (concrete, different brick styles, etc)

I apologize Guys if I have posted in the wrong thread, but as a newbie CS designer, and using sketchup I have discovered (with the use of the sketchup RCT3 add-ons ) that there is already a wall that one only has to add texture too before importing in game.

My questions is.....What are the exact dimensions ( from those who have already done so, for the wall to fit with other CS?

I am working on a Arkham Asylum ride and I need some Batman themed cs made (I have the batman themed cs already). Some things that I need are Gargoyles, these don't have to be really detailed, Villains cutouts (unless someone wants to make fully 3d models), and also some patient restraining things like a table with straps or an electric chair type things. I think that would be it for what I need.

I'm not sure if this exists yet or not, but my current project involves an X-DR darkride, so for *THE* most important part of the ride, I need a billboard (1x1 or 1x2) that lays out flat, with the image facing downward. Right before the big drop, there is a holding brake in which the car faces straight up at what needs to be a picture of "satan" or a monster or something, before falling vertically backwards.

If anyone could do this for me, it would be awesome!

I realize that this is quite an undertaking, but I have a rather large request.
I seek scenery add-on pieces that could be used as a track overlay for the ring-raft waterslide. The track pieces would fit on the slide so as to give added thickness on the bottom, while still displaying the upper portion, so as to keep the water flow of the water slide.

I'm asking for banked curve and tunnel pieces, as are seen below:

I would appreciate it if the tunnel pieces could be made for all track types, while the banks are only for curves.

This will be greatly appreciated, and you would receive full credit for this should I be able to use this in my water park.

Since this was the last post on the previous page...


I realize that this is quite an undertaking, but I have a rather large request.
I seek scenery add-on pieces that could be used as a track overlay for the ring-raft waterslide. The track pieces would fit on the slide so as to give added thickness on the bottom, while still displaying the upper portion, so as to keep the water flow of the water slide.

I'm asking for banked curve and tunnel pieces, as are seen below:

I would appreciate it if the tunnel pieces could be made for all track types, while the banks are only for curves.

This will be greatly appreciated, and you would receive full credit for this should I be able to use this in my water park.

I would especially like an American Flag. There is one on the top of the Hershey Kissing Tower.

I am making it NOT for a ride but for a memorial park and video. I think that 9/11 was pretty sad and i vant to make Wtc because i want them to stand forever and for that park guests can once again see the beutiful skyline! (Yes, i have made New York too) And that is why!

I'm still not sure what part the airplane is going to play. Nothing wrong with modeling the WTC, several people have done so before. And I'm sure you wouldn't do anything like having the plane sticking out the building or poised to crash into it...

Nobody hates you. Just wanted to be sure of what you intended to use these for as your request wasn't very plain.

Take a look in stuk71's sets, I think either HGR71 or SHR91, and there's some tall attennas, you might be able to place one of those on top if some piping to get the heigth you need.

Thanks for the heads up Terra about the bridge set. However it didn't have anything I could use in it :( If I just had some decent railings at at sloped, staired & straight. and some path covers also in those variations I think I'd have something nice completed. Only thing I can find is Shyguy's Water World set but those look to wooden for my taste and the white is actually grey on those.

Is it possible to make all normal sized billboards feature video? I know there are small TV's out there (which I would love to get my hands on if I could find them) but is there a way to make a billboard that shows video without using green screen?

It is possible already with any Billboard , It just has to be a small video. And you need a cheat for larger ones. Alvin Swansenegger or something , have to check the spelling. But It can be done , I did it once.
The quality is not very good .

You could try to create a windmill on your own. It won't look like a real windmill, but it will look awesome and creative in its own way.

I honestly don't care if the lights flash, I'd just love a single-space colored tunnel and a colored tunnel in the shape of the large turn. Doubt it'll be done, but it'd be awesome if it was :)

^Yes, they must be rounded. However, both of those (or at least MrPKI's tunnels) are plain black on the inside. I want the same design, but just rows of colors inside, like in the YouTube video posted.
