I just bought a new computer and had a copy of ETM DVD-ROM that I had been saving for the occasion. It's a 3.2 Ghz Pentium 4 with 512 megs of RAM but, when I'm in driving mode or during animated movie segments it runs like 1 frame a second. I don't know a lot about graphics cards, so I'm not sure what I have. I found something like Intel express chip family in control panel and AGP texture acceleration is not available in DirectX config. I'm not even sure what AGP is.

Anyway, I'm assuming Gateway stiffed me on a decent graphics card, but can anyone let me know if that's right or not. Also, where I can look in my system to find my graphics card details. Any information anyone can provide to help me continue playing the Matrix will be very appreciated. Also, I have the CD-ROM version as well, and that doesn't play any better.

I assume since machine is new you are running winxp ....... so go to my computer in the start up menu --- right click on my comp ----
click properties --- click on the hardware tab ---- click device manager --- double click display adapters ..... This should tell you what u r running for video
