First of all, those screen shots are really old. Secondly, they do not confirm in-battle transformations. Those are separate screen shots that could very well be from separate battles.

To confirm something means to give assurance, or to remove all possible doubt. Those screen shots do not confirm in-battle transformations.

yeah ive seen those screen shots a million times...those do not assure in-game transformations...they could from seperate Battles. Unless its Quoted From sumone who is devloping the game , or a video of in game transformation in it...we wont be sure if there is or not

It actully does confirm it because they are in thier normal forms why would they put thier oringinal forms as characters it would be gay.

it may not hbe much.. but that confirms it to me

No, because the normal states could be selectable as separate characters, or it could be a system where you select the transformation you would like to fight as after selecting a character.

There are over ninety characters, not ninety forms.

The whole term of which there are only sixty characters and thirty transformations is rediculous.

Try listing 60 characters and 30 transformations, you see that it exceeds that amount.

In fact, fifty characters and forty transformations, hits the bill more accurately than 60/30.

But to be honest, it's 90 characters and over 130 forms, if you include transformations.

And I got that from an interview with the actual Japanese crew that made the freaking game. Not from stupid white people.

The video shows clips of various upcoming games; a few of which are of Budokai Tenkaichi. One of the first couple Budokai Tenkaichi clips is Vegeta becoming a Super Saiyan in battle.
