What will be in BT's Dragon Universe , or, world , or story mode this time around? post any and everything you know about the storyline and how far it goes here?

so....B3 had SS4 and Omega yet no GT Story line...well only a little...but still...i think itz gonna be juss like B3 when it comes to those Characters...

If Atari puts Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. in it before Pikkon and Garlic Jr. then I'll be pissed because those two have no right being separate characters in a DBZ game, alt. costumes will be alright(for goku), but not a different character because they will be even worse than Cell Jr., meaning they lack moves...

Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr. are basically mini copies of Goku and Vegeta, they would be rather useless because they would have all the same moves as their ancestors, they would get boring, Pikkon would be a good addition to the characers and he definitely isn't lacking in moves. I don't know about Garlic Jr. I don't really like him, and noone i know likes him.

And i suppose they could make up some new moves for them. Ok I'll take it back they would make I reasonable addition to the line-up. But I would still like to see Pikkon in the game.

I know for a fact (well almost) that pikkon is going too be in. This character was begged and begged for budokai 2 and 3 but never put in. Not too mention on ign it says every character in dbz is going too be in.

i dont think pikkon will be in htis game.. i would like him.. he is an importatn character.. but i would like to see the jrs in there more

maybe... he would have to be in an already big form.. he can't fight when he is little.. maybe janemba will have fat version

Garlic jr. can actually fight pretty well in his untransformed state...he uses a LOT of ki blasts though. Pikkon might be in the game because wasn't he in the Janemba movie? Not to mention his coolness factor rocks. He was also in Buu's fury so he has a fair chance of getting in. The creators said "You name a character and we probably have him in there." So I'm assuming they have most fan favorites and many memorable people that contributed to the story.(Although Pikkon didn't do much...but Garlic Jr. had a good chunk of air time)

Back to the original question. It was said early that the game would go from the Saiyan Saga to the end of Kid Buu saga. But it was also said that GT characters wouldnt be making appearances. I guess since all that has changed we dont really know how far its going to go until the game's release.

Vegeta and Goku Jr. are disgraces to the DB story. They shouldnt make an appearance at all. Why? According to GT they are copies of Vegeta and Goku. That would be a disappoint to use a "clone" character in the game when those spaces can be used for better characters.

I agree, mostly because goku jr. can be an alternate costume for one of his kid versions. I just want some more important characters that don't need made-up moves just to be able to fight very well...

I think Goku Jr. Should be a character of his own...not an alternate costume...i mean...if they are going into such dept to make Evil Buu in the game, they should do the same for Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr.....besides...it would be kool to see sumthing new

It will onlygo up to the buu saga but you can verse the gt characters buy performing certain condditions, also the game is 100% free roaming

I think it's kinda funny that Goku had to go Super just to tie with Pikkon. Pikkon would be a awesome character in this game. Forget Goku and Vegeta Jr. I think they would be a waste of space. Like said before, they are really just mini versions of Gopoo and Vegetable. Other then Gopoo can't go SS3 or 4. So there would be no reason for them.

I want Pikkon and Garlic Jr. because they're DIFFERENT for a change...I don't like seeing 10 gokus and 7 vegetas in a game I don't know who would, it causes repetition especially in something like dragon arena. The two that I want and some other people want are unique and, in the end, would be a better choice than some stupid copies that were based off a disgrace of an anime and a Dragon Ball series like DBGT, which should have never been created nor should it be considered part of Dragon Ball since Akira Toriyama had no part in it.

I've always played through and through the season modes in DBZ games and wondered, will this game have ever DBZ story mode up to buu's saga like when he every single movie before buu and every single episode like the World Tournament in Other world and things such as these?

With somewhere between 100 and 150 battles in story mode I'm positive there's going to be a nearly complete storyline...

Thats awsome! so over 150 battles in story mode....so story mode wont be short anymore like all the other Budokai games

With the story mode this long I can tell I wont get bored fast unless I some how master the whole thing in a few seconds. 150 matches that sounds absolutely incredible but with this story mode being 150 matches then how many was the last game?

Instead of adding more difficulty levels, I'd rather Spike just put better AI in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi than Dimps put in Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3. As far as I'm concerned, video games don't need more than three difficulty levels: easy, medium, and hard.

yeah i agree...the AI in B3 was just dissapointing....i mean....as soon as they start charging, u do a kamehameha...and rite when they get back up they start charging again...it pissed me off...i want than juss that

Unless they add another difficulty it will be to easy thats why I asked GT could be a possible level Z Z2 and Z3 got tiring and the charectors were weak to me atleast on that level thats why I brought it up anybody else feel this way?!

I, sure hope it goes all the way to the end of GT! That will be something to see especially if they re-enact it with voice overs and what not like the story line from DBZ1!

I disagree. They are welcomed additions, but they aren't necessary.
