Password Tourneys - How do you do it?

Well from the information I've gathered I understand how these password tournaments work, I'm just in the darkness about how you go about creating one.

I mean, in Dragon Arena mode, you can add the 'passworded' character, but only to be able to fight it as the first player (for no experience I might add).

And if you choose Com vs. Com (in Dragon Arena) it does allow you to pit two 'RPG' characters against one another, however, those are only characters you grew, not characters you created by passwords.

You can't get two 'passworded' or 'RPG' characters in any of the tournament games because it doesn't give you the option to.

So my question would be - where do you do it?

Where can you add these passworded characters into the game and have them duke it out as computers?

Is it some secret arena mode I haven't unlocked yet? Because I've unlocked Dragon Arena and gotten all characters.

I don't understand how you actually create these 'passworded character' tourneys in the game.

Can somebody please explain how this works?

in com vs. com press select. it says to press L2 and R2.

When in the Dragon Arena (after U selected your chrtr) U will be in the menu for selecting your oponent. Press R1 and it will take U to a similar looking place but it will be empty (no chrtrs to select). Here is when U press START and it will to U to a screen for entering Passwords.

The above statement is wrong you fight PW chrtrs COM vs COM by pressing R1 (or R2, not sure) for PW select screen for Player 2 and L1 (or L2, not sure) for PW select of Player 1 on the Chrtr Select Screen.
