Please note that we do not allow for appeals on warnings. He is not IP banned I figured to give him a second chance and did not fully ban him. He just needs to sign up again with a different username...although this thread is causing my finger to slip more and more to the ip ban button.....

It's quiet simple just don't break the rules. Also I guess you are yelling at the other 4 mods who gave him warnings as well. I just topped it off.
