View Full Version : 4x4 and Front Wheel Drive... Or should D:PL stick with RWD for Power Sliding?

Go ahead vote. I made this thread because in Driv3r there was no 4x4ing or Front wheel Drive. And it kinda wrecked the game.
The question is, should Reflections stick with the traditional Rear Wheel Drive or move on up to all three Drive Trains?
Discuss. Drink. Vote. A message from the Canadian Government!

i vote for different drivetrains! because some cars were really awkward with rear wheel drive, like the Accord look a like in Nice:weird:

Front wheel drive would be really interesting, especially if we had snow in the game. I say multiple drive trains in general would be great. The more variety, the better.

All them. But its not that we need it brake differentual. So u could really do a burnout for an long time till the tread is all burned off.

front wheel would be nice, hold the e-brake and hold gas and do a burnout forever, and 4wd would be fun to climb stuff

All three would be great. It would be nice to have a switch between 2wd and 4wd on trucks & SUVs, but having all three would be great. :p

If they do have different drivetrains, then we need some Subarus in the next game, if they were around in the 70's, I'm pretty sure they were.
ALSO! Since you can mod cars, you should be able to change out drivetrains, make rear wheel drive mini's, or AWD, that'd be even better.
Also we need different kinds of tires, slicks like on the drag racers, down to normal cars, maybe even donuts, imagine seeing cars with 3 good wheels and one donut.

Haha, a spare tire would be great to put on the cars. If you get a flat, you can pull over and put on the spare (or donut as matt called it). Reminds me of when my friend got a flat, he pulled over, put the spare on, but when he lowered the jack, the spare turned out to be flat as well. I was laughing my ass of, and he was getting all pissed. :haha: Someone eventually pulled over and gave us their spare. It was the funniest thing ever though.

Subarus must have been only in japan in the 70's, plus theyd have 50-100hp, cuz japanese cars were slow then

I really hope there is 4wd on trucks and SUVs. I want to also be able to raise the trucks/SUVs and put big off-road tires on them in the auto modifying place.
