I don't know why but I have a feeling that it's going to have a similar layout to S:UF.

I hope not. S:UF is suprisingly short. I'd like to see some more "meat" on this one so to speak.

No, they have not enought space to make it similar to S:UF. It Would need extremely long supports and a $hitload of land ontop of that mountain to make a clone.

From the rumors floating around, it's not a clone of S:UF, it's a custom for SFMM. Supposedly it has a lot of corkscrews, which S:UF does not have. It will include both a long terrain segment and a high flying segment, and will interact with Revolution and the Rapids ride. It sounds like it will be a fun ride.

Just don't expect it to be open very often. Looking at SFMM's previous track record, I wouldn't expect much. Add in the fact that Beemer flyers are extremely complicated and required a crapload of maintenance, you never know.
But if it works out good, SFMM could have something good on their hands.
Flyers are extremely overrated though, so I think they should have gone with something a little more proven and not so much go along with the fad.

If its the newest coaster in the park, they're going to keep it open. Scream is always open, Goliath is always open, the only reason X and Deja Vu aren't open as much is because they NEED the extra maintainence. Flyers come no where NEAR the amount of maintainence that X and Deja Vu come with. And its a B&M the most reliable coaster company out there. It's going to run fine.
