I just got back from Six Flags during the Halloween thing, and I must say it was very fun. However, a huge portion of the middle was closed off, and the Orient Express was gone. The only roller coaster affected by this was Revolution, which had to be closed. After a ride on Ninja, my buddy and I went up to some construction worker and asked what the name of the new coaster will be. He said that they won't even tell him. I know about "Tatsu" but I didn't mention it.

While waiting in line for Scream, many pieces of it were laying in the parking lot that we could see. It had a large yellow spine like a steel twister, and it had orange or red rails. I didn't see any supports, but I did see purple poles in the construction area. I don't think they were supports though.

I just haven't heard any news on the color, so I felt this post was appropriate.

I'm going to SFMM today. I'll post an update on what's going on. The official announcement is supposed to be released on 11/17.

Going to KBF tomorrow. Can't wait to ride Ghostrider again and take on Silver Bullet for the first time!

:noob:

Well here is the update on whats up at SFMM:

No supports have been raised yet. Revolution is closed and has several track peices removed. There is some rebar foundations sunk in the rock of the waterfall area at the main six flags plaza. Those were the only foundations I could see. Superman and Ninja were operating. Its the area directly across from the Ninja entrance that is all torn up-but again, no actual building going on yet-just getting the terrain ready. Psyclone was closed. The wait for 'X' was 2 hours. Not because of the crowds but because they were only running 1 train and the operators were just taking their time. It was a totally inefficient operation.

Over at KBF-Silver Bullet was a very, very nice, smooth quiet ride. Not an extrodinary ride-but a great addition to the park. Ghostrider was-as always outstanding and still is the most popular ride at the park.

All-in-all 17 different coasters in 2 days. A nice weekend.

Not that I have to remind everyone, but tomorrow is the announcement for Tatsu. I'm interested to see this custom layout.
