wild! zoo BE

im back with a new park
theres nothing special about it , only a realistic zoo park.
i just made it when i was testing and messing around with wild!

heres the overvieuw of the park.

there are 2 coasters, 4 animal species [panther's, tiger's, zebra's and kangaroo's] and somme rides.

pretty good job for a fast park. The landscaping is great except the mountain with the coaster looks too jagged. I like the layout too, though i think you could have made some wider paths and kept the railroad more separated from the paths.

Overall i'd say 7/10 :up:

sure when you are on the rapidshare website you have to click on free.
then you have to w8 a few seconds[20] and it says download: zoo_BE.dat.bak just click on it and and the download starts ;)

don't forget to Place it in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\RCT3\Parks or if you have a shortcut, just do My Documents\RCT3\Parks

Your welcome. I gave that also because of how early with Wild! it was complete. However, when I dowloaded the park, I had to open the BAK file with Notepad and save it. I can't run the park. Your "Tropical Island" park worked. :( :

That's wierd. Black alien, are you sure you gave them the right file? Try giving the BAK. file.

The BAK file that has been given doesn't do anything. It has to start as a data file with Notepad.

Shouldn't you just copy and past into my documents, RCT3, saved games.

Or something like that.

All the parks in the Parks folder that work with RCT3 open with notepad and are a Dat. file. The BAK file has a Windows Media Player icon and doesn't run with the program and doesn't show up in the game. On the other hand, all the coasters that work with the game open with Acrobat Reader 5.0 and are trk. files.

i was looking for the right file and i found this "RCT3.fc"
that's the park.
shouldn't it be zoo_BE.bak ???:confused:
it works fine on my pc so i think it would work on your pc to, but im not sure.

Nope it should be "zoo_BE.dat" to start out with or it will be corrupted. Is there one in your parks folder?

but it seems that it also doesn't work
the rest are those .bak files with that media player logo.
i'll try to save it again and give it another name :up:

Ok, go to "my documents" then clikc "RCT3" then click "scenarios" and look for the one that is the name without anything on the back... Ex. Raceway Park... It should look like this...

DAT file
2,421 KB

That's what you want to look for... not the .bak or the .dat.bak.

k i saved the park as an scenario and i finally have a .dat file.
if i save the park as a park i always got a .bak.dat file
so i hope this 1 works

Ok, we got some mayhem going on!:haha: The link doesn't work for me! It says "The page cannot be displayed". Renaming a different file to dat. file doesn't actually change it to a data file anyway. Rapidshare is faster then Megaupload so I don't see why the website to upload to would be changed.

It works FINALLY! I explored the park. It's beatiful and fun! Yes, it gets a 9. One thing you can improve on is naming your rides and adding more to your parks. Otherwise, your parks are really good!

i never find good names .

i'll think about it on my next park:up:

and i found the problem with the .dat file.
there was sommething wrong in my settings:confused:
so if i try to save a sandbox park i din't get the .dat file
but that's fixed.
