Thanks. Downloading it now. The dev interview has a pretty big file-size, even for low quality!

I hope the soundtrack is entirely composed of David Bowie. In fact, I hope David Bowie is in the game!

Nice find, man.
I'm probably going to watch it a few times to find out as much as I can about it like an obsessed little boy.
Like did you guys see the helicopter?

The interview showed some clips of gameplay, and they weren't spectacular. I saw some problems we deal with in D3.

you mean like how trees are still indestructible, they use the same ugly car models from d3, and that the trailer itself is even more 'style over substance' than even the ad campaign for D3? I see what you mean. When I saw the trailer I got worried. VERY worried.

What are you talking about. This is about the pre-beta stage of the game. And the game is looking very good. I like how the tress are indesturiable most trees surive a car chase.
PS: youcan'tseeme your a leafs fan, toronto SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!,

True, but realism should never get in the way of fun, and clipping a tree and failing a mission with seconds to victory is NEVER fun. I know this is a pre-alpha build but remember Driv3r had the invincible trees in the final version as well (or maybe that WAS it's pre-alpha build....)

The point is that the trees shouldn't be 100% indestructible- look at the trees in San Andreas- they don't give way immediately but if your car is being forced up against it the tree will fall over, allowing you to make a getaway. Things like that really elevate a game's playability. Reflections already nailed this with the crates and cones- ploughing through them didn't affect your health, speed or direction in any way. that is a good thing, unlike the crate collisions in GTA. Now if they can just tweak the trees a bit, it should be awesome.

This is a trailer and not a gameplay-video. It has to be stylish to attract people. ;)

So I'll wait for a gameplay-video (IGN or Gamespot) which shows more ingame-scenes before I can say anything about the game.

But I must critizes one thing: the trailer was too short.:D
