View Full Version : What I DO NOT want to see in Driver: Parallel Lines in 1978

1. No video games for present day systems. Stuntman, previous driver games, etc.

2. Nothing that came out later than 1978.
3. No 80s 90s or 2000s music.
4. No Reflections logo in gameplay.
5. No cell phones.
6. All vehicles MUST be ones that were made before 1978.
7. No computers
8. Come up with your own!

Why dont you want anything later than 78? The game also happens in 2008.

what i dont want to hear is ingame music. It must be radio music from cars, doesnt matter if there are no DJs like True Crime. In game music just bores the hell out of you. I want to hear more city life noises too, like distant freeway noise and of course civilians, and birds.

That would be good. Only if it was not too loud, like the sounds coming from the Mosque in Istanbul.

What was that noise in Istanbul? It sounded like a broken record player.

Anyways, I don't want to see Reflections trying to make the game like GTA a whole lot, likr making you be able to do drugs, or haveing to kill someone with a car and make it look like an accident, or picking up ladies on the side of the street so you can "have fun" in the car, and GTA crap like that. Being able to get out of your car, shoot up stuff, going into buildings, and getting in another car is good enough.

Some Ambient Sounds: (all sounds should be random, and not occur too much)

In The City:
Emergency Vehicle Sirens in the distance
Rumbling of subways
car horns
chatter from people
crazy people yelling obsenities
car accidents, tires screeching
gunshots at night in poor areas
wind

More rural areas:
crickets at night
dogs barking
saws, hammers
depending on how rural it is, gunshots from hunters
wind
