GTA/ Driv3r water effec?

Which do you think is better? The Driv3r water effect or the GTA water effect either from SA or Vice city, take a look here on my page there are some videos. http://www.richardspage.co.uk/dr3/index4.html

Well i think DRIV3R has a great water effect... GTA's water is unrealistic...
And in DRIV3R's cut scenes it's a million times better...
