snow particle effect?

Hi all. So I've searched the forums for awhile and can't find exactly what I'm looking for. Didn't someone create and release a snow particle effect or firework awhile back? If so, can someone help point me in the right direction to find it? If such an effect doesn't exist, then will someone point me toward a rehab place since I'm obviously smoking crack... :)

Try rctpyro.com , this site has tons of particle effects, hopefully that snow one is still there though

Thanks...I actually checked there before, and the link to download the snow fall firework is no longer valid. Anyone else able to help?
