error installing theme

whenever i try to install a theme i get this error message.

when it is happened?, on the start loading, or in the park when selected the custom scenery?

i get it when i press the burron circled orange.

Before you install the theme are you clicking on one of the theme types on the left,like Adventure or one of the other ones?

hold on, have you making the miodel, or are you trying to install the custom scenery that you downloaded?
