Ok, I did make a very good version (in my opinion) of Stealth. But now I am planning to make the most accurate recreation of Stealth ever. Everything will be perfect. And none of you I mean NONE of you, will be able to criticize it in anyway. So as you can see, I am going to work my socks off. I have started. And the main track is done. Screens coming soon.

anything can be critised, but it helps to be critised by people because you can make improvements.

Well lets see how this turns out.

I also wish you luck as well.

themeparkdude

Yeah I was only joking about criticism. Of course people can critisise. At the moment I am trying different style of track layout to see which one looks best.

Here is the layout of the coaster. I know it is wrong, but you can't create the track perfectly on RCT3. I want to do the bunny hill like that, because other wise it does look weird.
And also that is the best possible way of doing the top hat, other wise the space beteween both sides of the track is too small, if I make the top hat narrow.
So what do people think. (Themeing will be done soon.)

You spelt "theming" wrong.

As for the top hat just stick with the straight to steep piece.

rickywsf
02-11-2006, 02:31 AM
Oh yeah and you spelled screens wrong. Seeing how there is only ONE! it should just be screen. Just kidding. Add more please.

RCT-Spanky

If you "just" made the coaster with a little theming around, I think, this is the wrong board ... should be moved to tracks i.m.o.

Hmm, never thought about that. I will try it and see how it looks, if it looks weird I will keep it blue. More creens coming tonight hopefully! Also I have found out that I have done various things wrong, so I am going to sort them out. Thanks for the comments!

Little update:
I am re-doing the queueline becuase I don't think it looks right. And at the moment I am doing little details that you won't notice, but all add to the hidden realism.
I am also planning on editing it after I have done the non-peep version so that peeps may ride it, but i will lose its realism.

Not much has been done since the last update I'm afraid. Custom supports are nearly finished, and the new queueline is coming along nicley. If you want to be one of the first people to ride Stealth email me at themeparkdude@ntlworld.com and I will let you know if you have been successful by the end of the week.

(You will of course not really get to ride it, just an onride RCT3 video)

lee2by4
02-24-2006, 02:54 PM
the top hat doesnt have to look like it is atthe park, you cant get it to look like the one at thorpe because of the track pieces, just use a curved over one.

wildJman
02-24-2006, 03:29 PM
use the first top hat
it looks way better and is alot smoother

i used it in mypark for a fading effect...trust me alot easier
the ride is Aurora take a look at it

the entrance 'statue' isn't right. you should just use different billboards using the things that the actual entrance does, because if you don't, this won't look as accurate and perfect as u want it to be. just my opinion. oh, and the coaster looks good (i vote on the 1st tophat). can't wait to see how it turns out at the end!!

p.s., can't u just give everyone the onride video? it seems stupid to have to enter to get one.

Mad Man
02-24-2006, 03:55 PM
On the top hats.

Number 1: Looks the most realestic, but it is hard to fit all the supports in as i found out.

Number 2: Looks weird and nothing like the real top hat but it is easier to put the supports in.

Number 3: The one I would go for. Looks the nearest to realistic where you are able to put all the supports in.

I would go for number 3.
But it is up to themeparkdude. Just to let themeparkdude know the surrounding area looks awesome.
Great job. Keep it up.

The entrance isn't finished yet. I can't go with number 1, because I won't be able to fit the station and the photo shop in between the space. I am going to alter my top hat very slightly so it will look like number 2. If you look at photos it virtually looks the same.
And it isn't hard to enter for a video, you just have to email me and say, "Can I have one?"

Some news for you all!

Due to the lack of people applying for the on ride video, I have now decided to beta test my Stealth recreation. I will post more about that later on this evening.:D

Stealth has almost been finished. I would say 80% done. All I have to do is the following:

Finish off some custom supports on the top hat.
Complete the winch building.
Install bins, benches etc.
Complete the Stealth Cafe.
Finish lighting.
Add queue line TVs to the queueline.

And that is it. So the download should be up by Sunday!

Train storage building/track has been finished.

Custom supports on tophat.
Winch building.
Stealth Cafe.
Trees/Lakes.

Some critisisms:
1) The airtime hill (camelback) is a tad to steep and short
2) The top hat need to be inbetween 1 and 3..at the mo it looks stupid

Other than that, its nice, good themeing and all!

themeparkdude
03-03-2006, 11:00 AM
Thanks for your criticism. I'm not going to change it because what ever I do it will look stupid. If Atari release another expanison pack, where you can crete realistic airtime hill I will change it. This project is mainly for the themeing side. You can download Stealth layouts made in No Limits off the internet.

the airtime hill looks rediculous. You've used a sharp piece then a a gradual piece, it should be all gradual pieces. thats far closer to being realistic compared to what you've used, even with rct3 limitations and it looks stupid. I can't imagine why you choose that design.

themeparkdude
03-03-2006, 04:43 PM
Ok I have decided to stop updating on here now due to the fact people keep moaning about the track design. RCT3 does limit to what you can do I am afraid.
