Game Wont Install!! :(

First off all, sorry about the possible bad english :confused:

Its seem that i´m the only one here with this kind of problem. I´ve searched
all the forum and didn´t found any clue of what my problem is.

Is that my AOW:HT installation freezes at half, im trying to remember the name of the file in witch he freezes, but i cant seem to remember.. :eek: (its some .DAT file). Its not worth it to wait, because in one of the times i left him one entire night and... nothing, he was still there at 50% more or less...

I tryied formating the OS, but no success also :mad:

I have all the requirements to play this magnificent game, but im starting to loose my pacience here, trying to solve this. Can you guys give me a hand here?? I´d be glad.

Sorry for the issues you're experiencing. First I'd try downloading the entire installation file again, just to make sure there's no problem with the original file.

If this doesn't help, try and manually erase the temporary InstallShield directories -- this will typically have a name like "1234hfai47q34fwhfla48ay" :) but you can tell from the creation date which one it is that the Act of War demo has created (sorry I don't have the exact path available right now).

If nothing else helps, there might be something funny going on with your hard drive, try a surface scan and run a defragmentation tool.
