That maybe very high on polys, with the curved roof and all.

I wish I could help ... and I hope there is someone here who cn and will help. Thís roof looks very promising and I would like to see it in a park too.
If I remember right you can save it as 3ds-file in Sketchup. Then you can use bitturn for convert the 3ds-file in the ase file. But it's better you have a look in the stickied tutorials too.
Too many polys me thinks. Those suppppper smooth curved roofs could be 40-60 polys a side meaning on average 600 polys not including the sides which should total around 50 I dunno I lost count which means 650 polys which is too much truthfully. It all depends on how big it is in RCT3 squares wide. You could make it with roughly 20 polygons each curved side which would drastically cut it down to 390 polygons including sides. That's about 60 over half which isn't that bad considering the roof will actually still look roughly the same especially from such a far distance like in RCT3.
I'm only saying this cos people like me are really annoyed with lag. If we wanna use the scenery we don't want to get even more annoyed and therefore have more threads about it.
Here's a 20 poly curved wall thingy here which looks fine and is game friendly.

Saying all this I still have no idea what the poly count on yours is but this is just a little reminder/warning bout the poly counts.
