Its TRUE! Six Flags is busy creating yet another Six Flags Park! This is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This will be Nevada's first major amusement park since Las Vegas's very own Playland Park. This park hopefully will open in the next year and I will be your host throughout the construction :) This park has some compitition though, with Six Flags OC, which is also another park from the Six Flags park chain. Stay tuned for an update with a scetch up of a new coaster!:up:

Entry 1
The Beginning to a great park!

Looks like the Six Flags staff is not wasting any time with construction of the entrance for the park. The parking lot has gotten paved, as well as the path leading into the park. I was able to capture some pictures from above while i was in my plane heading towards Las Vegas :). Here is a snapshot

Hmm... interesting. Why are there dents in the ground? Even more interesting..The park is already constructing a coaster:eek:I've seen those colors before at another Six Flags park. I captured one more image..

WOW thats a ton of track! I wonder whats in the red crate.. Possibly more track or even trains :) It seems as if construction workers have gotton the brake run up with "temperary" supports? It looks like a B & M Hyper or Floorless..I guess you'll have to stay tuned to see! See you next update!:up:

Entry 2
Name revealed with Logo and Construction progressing!

WOW YOU WONT BELIEVE YOUR EYES! This new screamer at Six Flags Over Nevada has a new track color!:o I was there today while the manager of the park was informing us on the ride's name and logo. He said, " This coaster won't be named Goliath, and it won't be named Titan. Six Flags has decided to name this new mega coaster The Bald Eagle! The Bald Eagle will travel to a height of 182 feet and drop riders 200 feet at speeds up to 70 mph! It will be known as a record breaking coaster with its 12 hills which will drop you over and over again. Construction on the ride is underway and the rest of the park will be just as great!" Here's some pictures of the ride itself, and the new logo to go with it.

Well that just goes to show that he has an idol. Everyone has to start somewhere. Creating a park from scratch isn't easy. My parks are influenced by many of the members on this board.

It does look like Six Flags' park, but thats O.K. Theres many differences in this park that set it apart from Six Flags'. The Six Flags chain however, does have many, many rollercoasters of the same design in parks scattered across the country. Even slight variations in them is a typical Six Flags thing to do.

Lets see what the future has in store for us. Keep up the good work. :up:

alright no i dont wanna be like six flags..but i loved his coaster so much that i wanted to make a design like it but not exact..to me I think it looks more like Nitro at SFGA...i like the way he builds his coasters...but otherwise i have a whole different scenery technique


when i have the next update with the entrance you'll see its totally different
and the only reason i use the logo on the side of my pics is because all six flags parks do that:)

Entry 3: Completed Lift Hill Of Bald Eagle and Completed Entrance
Things are taking shape!

Can you believe it? Another entry and Bald Eagle is reaching its peak of completion! AND the park entrance is still under construction but 75 % of it is now completed! WHAT A SIGHT TO SEE! The entrance plaza is just beautiful. It will leave guest's breathless and take them not only into the entrance of an amusement park, but into a tropical oasis! Since the park is in Nevada, trees, sod, dirt, flowers,and other greens have been imported into the park! Now here is what you've been waiting for, PICTURES!

Heres a look at the entrance if you were to enter from the parking lot. I highly suggest that you enter this way..it is a great spot for family photos ;)

Heres a shot of the Ticket Booths, which are still under construction, and the main gates. You will notice that you can buy tickets at the park, or buy them online at home. For those who have already purchased tickets, they can just walk in the middle path towards the main gates

This is the main plaza. It's truely amazing in person! The pictures cannot describe the detail the workers have done. Seats, trash cans, and lights will be added in the next couple days. We should see logos all around the entrance in a week or two :up:

Bald Eagle was topped off today at 3:08 p.m. It stands tall among the rest of the park! Workers also have been working on the station, the que line, and exit. We can even see cement all around! More track has also arrived, and a new crate has also arrived, my best bet is that it is a train!

Lanscaping around the ride is progressing, but if the park wants to add any sort of plant, they need top soil and grass. So the workers are adding dirt around the que and by parts of the ride. The que line cement also was poured today so that is why caution signs are around that.

Entry 4: BALD EAGLE COMPLETED, SCENERY PICS AND TESTING BEGINS :D
This thing is a beast

If you ever woundered if you could fly, you will on this coaster! SPEED, HEIGHT and most of all... AIRTIME! Its hard to describe the coaster...just wow! Station, transfer, logo, everything! Just a few trees here and there and the park manager will be able to inspect the ride, and I might even upload a P.O.V;) Here are some snapshots and the pictures are self explanitory, but I'll leave some commentary :)

And to finish off the update, the coaster has sod which was put around the entire ride. The moed grass will not have any types of plants, while the other grass will have some sort of plant. As for the coaster - reminds me alot of Nitro at SFGA in New Jersey. Classic ride. Simplicity at its finest. Blad Eagle is just the same way. Hills, hills, and more hills, add up to give plentyof air time. Which is what a young coaster enthusiast like myself enjoys :D. Great job on the park so far. Really looking forward to see what's in store for the other areas. Keep up the good work. :up: :up:

Entry 5: NEW RIDE AND NEW STORE AND NEW FOUNTAIN :p
What a full update!

Well its been a while since I've updated but many things have been going on in the park. The main entrance has received unique lighting and the main midway got its large water/ tropical fountain. Its the first fountain that makes it stand out from the ordinary. It has a large Six Flags logo ontop of boulders in a small lake. It also has fountains and tropical foilage surrounding it. In the park, you will also notice a new Store, most likey memorbila. Logos are yet to go up, but it looks quite nice for the beginning. Other shops and restaurants are being made as we speak. And for the BIG news, Six Flags Over Nevada received a new ride :D Its hard to tell what it could be, speculation say its a Intamin Rocket coaster. It seems very cool and well, the pics describe it..

Ok I quiet your killing my park your buildings and rides are way better then mine :D The souvenir shop is A-mazing well built. Thoughs lights are killer man my park is put to shame of SFON my god :weird: The fountain is A-mazing very well done and detailed. The new coaster looks great the color's are super :up: The only thing I dont like on the new coaster is the turn in the secound to last shot :confused: looks kinda wired. But then again the Hydralic coaster on Rct 3 sucks to make :p The very last thing I want to say is that the last pic is truly a photo perfect shot :up: :eek: :up: SFON kicks so much *** :haha: Keep it up man!!

well ill give you some "specs" of the coaster
it will have two main inversions and a new element called the " U-Hop"
its in the last picture, and it has two bunny hops with a ton of airtime
plus, if you look at an aireal, it looks like a giant U :)
and that turn is supposed to be that big..dang rct3 makes it look all wierd :(

Well, I haven't updated in a while..I think a month now, but a lot has been going on inside the park. A new building has popped up, a ride has been completed!!! The midway is finally taking shape,flat rides have been installed and a new coaster is being constructed. WOW what a mouthful! The new restaurant has been constructed right near the gift shop towards the entrance. The intamin rocket finally has a name, Velocity! Im done talking i'll let these pictures talk for themselves :)

This is coming along great! Wonderful use of foliage around the rides and shops. My favorite shop (as of right now) has got to be that Alpine shop. It's very ... neat. Velocity and Bald Eagle look outstanding. I'd love to ride those. Keep up the excellent work! :up:

Ok the firts pics and the last pics totaly made me think Mind Easer :D The new colors almost made me think ThunderHawk but the supports should be brown or something and your train needs color too to match :up: If you need a sign I would love to make you one :D The layout is great I dont like SLC but yours looks good :up: But there always painful (lmao) Great job this is looking great just tell me if you would like some help bro :heart: Keep it up!!

well when i release the park it will tell you all the scenery packs you will need, but if you need them in advance just p/m message me and i can tell you.

rickywsf; I am most definately going to add water..much more water. My hard drive on my computer crashed a while ago and I had water everywhere, so no worries it will look good in the end :up:

Finally an update :D Silver Strike is an inverted impulse coaster that reaches speeds up to 62 mph. Also, the park has recently added a KFC to the main midway. Another building has been added across from Silver Strike. An aireal has been added to show the construction process and areas that have been finished! Leave some feedback :noob:

I'm not sure how many tips I can actually give you, but I can try. When you first start making a Six Flags park, I would research it! Look at pictures of a Six Flags park and really look at the buildings. Thats what I do all the time. Even if you like a building near you, observe it. When I was doing this park, my friend was making a park in rct2 and he had some awesome buildings (aka the KFC is similar to his..but with my own twist) You dont want to make a building exact, because you want to add your own twist and style to it. It also helps if you have visited a Six Flags park. You can see the overall enviroment. When creating the coasters, I added coasters with completely different designs, coasters at Six Flags parks, and coasters at Six Flags parks with a twist. My favorite part of making a park is just seeing it come together and getting a better experience in rct3. You also have to envision being at the park in real life. You have to stay within the limits of realism. I hope this somewhat helps. :up:

Well, I am working on Stony Acres Amusement Park, but Six Flags Over Nevada will definitely be seeing some more updates in the near future. Don't worry I haven't forgot about this park. Just be prepared for a major update..

On a side note, some major things are happening to Six Flags Over Nevada, seems as many rides are undergoing rehab...and one coaster will no longer be with us.. WHEN WILL THE UPDATE COME?!?

WERE BACK!!! FINALLY the wait is over and behold the new improved Six Flags Over Nevada. Changes, changes, changes! Thats all to be said :) So what should you expect? Everything and anything.

To begin, the newest wooden coaster has been demolished...as a result the land has been cleared and a new coaster has taken part of its land..and who knows..maybe another coaster will arrive :D

Anyways on with the update...to begin, the Velocity midway has been undergoing rehab, along with Velocity itself..the station's roof has been replaced, support work along the footers has been redone, and new catwalks have been installed..the station facade is still being worked on, but work over here is nearly finished

You also may have noticed that a new flat ride has been added near Velocity. This is a 200 foot Gyro drop ride and is sure to draw in a crowd!

Wah!? I remember this park from like... the longest time ago. I was Calaway Park then, and I remember updating your logo, but now I like your new one.

Sadly, I can't use RCT3 any longer, as my computer just can't handle it. Keep it up though, it's still great to watch people's parks develop. Remember though, it's about having fun, don't get too worried about everyone's opinions and you'll do well. ;) Have a great time making your park!
