Problems when saving Structures

I need help on saving structures. When ever I build a mainstreet building and save it, only parts of the building saves. Does this happen to anyone else. Is there a way I can fix it?

dont just select the squares the building is one, save about 1-2 squares around the building, then you almost definetely save the whole building, and selecting the extra squares doesnt effect the placement of the building
