Yeah, it mostly does. But sometimes there's heavy traffic on the freeways. It's New York City, famous for artery-clogged traffic.

SA's traffic sucks!:down: People in D:PL are smart enought to brake on time. Other people driving can hold up traffic forever, and never move, I guess they have heart attacks sometimes in D:PL. What a loss:(.
