First rct3 Park by an oldschool Rcter. Sneak Peak of Alien Encounter!! 7/7/06

The Judge here. I dont know if anyone remembers me or has even heard of me LoL But anywho. I am Building a park based off of one of my old parks from rct2 (Mysterious Realms). The park will have 3-4 coasters and a small waterpark. The Entrance is finished and I rebuilt/themed (95% finished) "Calamity Mine".

Screenshots will be Up of the entrance/themeing around the coaster after a few more days of work. But for now You can ride "Calamity Mine"...

I've never seen a file hosted by hostmyfile but at the moment considering I can only load 4% of the file before getting impatient with the jerkiness, pressing the stop button, which restarts the download and starting again. After a while I thought maybe you should try hosting on YouTube or rapidshare or another more conventional site (I hope I mean conventional lol).

Wow! THat's one of the coolest woodies I've ever seen! You obviously have some serious talent with this game. Your use of Marnetmar's rocks are near flawless, and your use of the trees perfectly compliements the whole layout. I just watched the video - nice fun layout, and great western buildings. For a new member, you show some definate potential!

Small update to the park. Minetown USA (anyone want to make a logo? heh) If now about 50% finished. It houses Calamity Mine and other vairous attractions. Its also where you can find "Shooters" a nice bar and grill that seats you right next to the final HELIX of Calamity Mine. (screens later, was a minor update to the coaster due to.. well I thought the ending was boreing to be honest lol.) Ok OK on with the screens!, right?

Small update of minetown. Going out of town this weekend (in-laws house) So no work will be done over the weekend... With all of next week off tho I should be able to add a bunch and have loads of updates!

The video was awesome so was the coaster, i only found ONE bad thing in it and its nothing big... There is one of DRP's lights that hit my head when riding in one of the tunnels, It was a blue light. overall great "5stars4u!"

Great job! Loved the coaster...it reminds me of the wooden coasters I used to make in RCT2....back when I really could make a mean GCI inspired coaster!

Back from my trip to the In-law's house and right back to work!
The crew has Minetown about 80% finshed! Only a few more buildings and flatrides/stalls and its finnaly done!

With Minetown getting close to finished I moved on to another area of the park and built its main attraction!!

@Uries, The trees (while they look to be in the air) are in fact outside the parks land.. I could turn them off but then it would just be a barren wasteland :haha:

@komekazee, I noticed that after I made the original post.. The light has been removed so it dosent get me sued.. :D

PS: So everyone knows. This IS my first attempt @ RCT3! However, the buildings and everything else is the same as RCT2. So while this is my first attempt @ 3, I have a good base knowlage of the workings of the RCT games in general. And BTW I think buildings in 3 are much easier to build then they were in 2 :D
