I have a new computer and I'm trying to install rollercoaster 3 and I don't have the cd key code. I was told I can get it off of my old computer but I don't know how

I don't remember exactly how to find it, but it's in the registry of your old computer, as long as you didn't uninstall the game.

Thta's correct. If you have not uninstalled it or reformatted that hard drive then you can find it in the registry:

Start -> Run -> regedit (make sure you have admin rights to run this command)

Goto HKEY_Local_Machine -> Software -> Check for either Infogrames or Atari folders

You'll find it there.

... Or you could download Crap Cleaner. It cleans out old registry entries from previous incomplete uninstalls. Hey, free download of this to boot! Just search for Crap Cleaner on Yahoo! or whatever search engine you use.

If you read the posting thoroughly before replying, he does NOT want to lose the CD key that is embedded in the registry. Crap Cleaner is good yes, but cleaning out the registry is not going to help me recover his CD key...... :rolleyes:
