Hi you guys. I'm heading out to Hershey Park on the 29th, and was curious.. Are the lines at the park bad? Are there any tips you could give me on the park itself, like if I should get there early to be able to hop on Storm Runner and beat the crowds. Also does HP offer a fastlane service? Thanks for the help. Oh, and by the way, is Falcon still in operation?

Well, I'm not sure if the lines are gonna be bad on that day, since I've only been near the end of June. But it shouldn't be too bad. I would definitely get there early, since Stormrunner tends to get crowded real fast. Unfortunately, there is not a fastlane-type service in Hershey Park, which is why the lines get long fast. Other than that, the best coasters in the park are Stormrunner, Great Bear, Lightning Racer, and Wildcat. Since Wildcat and Lightning Racer are fairly close (in the section called Midway America, the very last area of the park), I would head there right after Stormrunner, then you can work your way back to the entrance. It's really a great park, I'm sure you'll have a great time.

Don't miss out on Sooperdooperlooper though...it is a classic Intamin / Schwarzkopf speed racer...great fun and really smooth.

Roller Soaker can have big lines in nice weather, it is a fun coaster but not if you hate getting wet!

Wildcat is OK but somewhat rough these days...Lightning Racer is excellent.

We went there last month and there were about 20,000 school children there, and it rained lots too, so our day was rather tainted by that, but the park is really nice. We waited 2 hours for one go on Storm Runner...the park were only running one train!
