reinstalled WinXP and now Run Time Error

OK,
I reinstalled Win XP Pro, with SP1. And I reinstalled UT2004. But this error windows pop's up saying " (Run Time Error) c:\ut2004\system\ut2004.exe.
Now what do it do?

Disable all background running applications with msconfig. See if that helps....
