As there are so many favourite threads I decided to make my own, this one though is different. So what’s your favourite part of a ride/coaster? Mine has to be the lift, get to see the layout of the ride, you’re heart starts to beat faster, and then you crest over..

Completly agree with you because when your on the lift your just waching the ground get farther away and just waiting for the drop and rest of the coaster, of course TTD dosent have a lift so on that ill have to say the countdown

Well, I like on Rita, watching the lights go down, the tension is nearly unbearable. So I would probably say the wait. (Only if it is on a biggish drop, or before a launch.)
EDIT: Damn, voted lift.:(

I like the inversions on any coaster that has them.

I'm actually going on EVERY coaster at Six Flags this year, and I've only been on a corkscrew coaster, that's it. I can't wait to go on my first loopers :D

Gotta be the airtime on the hills, especially on a wooden coaster. Just the feeling of leaving from the seat. Just my favorite part/moment. I would just love to ride The Voyage with 24 seconds of Airtime. Must be crazy.

Superman: ROS (SFNE) 10 seconds of air-time. Can't wait to experience that :)

I voted other because any ride with a launch means that the launch is the best part. Any ride without a launch, the air time.

Without a doubt, it's air time for me. That's probably why I love S:ROS (SFNE), El Toro, and Phoenix so much.;)

It depends on the type of coaster. If it's a woodie, then I love the chain and the airtime. If its a megacoaster/giga/hyper, then I also love the airtime and the hills. If it's some kind of B&M twister, I find the inversions the most fun part.

Got to be the airtime! Pheonix@Knoebels had the most airtime than anything I've ever ridden!

At first I was thinking to chide you over your example in a coaster thread. Then I thought for a minute. You know there's also a drum beat that speeds up as you come closer to the web to add a couple heartbeats.
I voted other as well because it depends on the type of coaster. I love just going limp on the Superman flyer lift hills. Sometimes it is the big reveal as you get to the top of the lift and see the course. There's always a swaying bounce to my walk after I get off Hulk. Dragster and Millenium Force just release all kinds of endophins. If it's a good coaster, I just love it. If it's a boomerang, I'll pity it.
