Question about billboards

I haven't messed with the customizing of scenery, however I have dabbled a little in customizing things. My question is, on billboards, does the pink color become transparent? I used to make helmet logos for the Madden games and also units for the Civ games, and on both of those, pink was transparent in the game.

Hm... not quite sure what you're asking here. You can't have a transparent image on a billboard, it will show up regular.

The picture that you select will be shown on the billboards - including pink. If you want transparent pieces, you would have to create a custom scenery sign and work with an alpha texture.
